Her experience in special education has further sharpened her ability to identify and respond to the unique needs of struggling readers, including those with learning differences.
Having spent years with Florida Virtual School, Stacy served as a 4th grade teacher and reading tutor, where she applied her passion for accessible, individualized literacy instruction. She currently teaches driver’s education with FLVS and holds Florida Department of Education licensure in Elementary Education (K-6) and Exceptional Student Education (K-12), along with an ESOL Endorsement and a Reading Endorsement, reflecting her commitment to serving students of all backgrounds and abilities.
When Stacy is not working, she is volunteering at the Kids Camps hosted by another nonprofit organization, where she serves children whose parents in military or law enforcement have fallen in the line of duty.
